| Zusammenfassung | Synchrotron radiation offers unique features, particularly for calibration in the vacuum and extreme ultraviolet spectral ranges. This makes it a versatile tool for the calibration of instruments, in particular for solar observations from outside the Earth's atmosphere. PTB's Metrology Light Source provides calibration facilities for both source-based and detector-based characterisation of individual components as well as complete flight instruments. |
