| Zusammenfassung | The phaseout of incandescent lighting products threatens the established traceability chains for spectral irradiance, creating an urgent need for alternative transfer standards and calibration methods in the UV-VIS-NIR spectral range. The European Metrology Partnership project NEWSTAND has recently addressed this need by developing transfer standard sources based on new technologies, including LED-based broadband and phosphor-assisted emitters, laser-generated plasma, and portable, wavelength-tuneable narrowband sources, together with detector-based transfer methods using array spectroradiometers accompanied by their digital metrological twin. The performance of the prototype sources and detector-based transfer standards have been investigated and metrologically validated through interlaboratory comparisons and measurement intercomparison campaigns arranged within the project. |
