| Zusammenfassung | This paper presents a comparative study of quasianalytical models up to 500 GHz to predict the propagation characteristics of microstrip (MS) lines. Two existing quasi-analytical MS models are evaluated against full-wave electromagnetic (EM) simulations. Due to its accuracy and computational efficiency, the quasi-analytical models are ideal for use throughout the design cycle of hybrid integrated circuits (ICs), monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) and printed circuit boards (PCBs). |
