Zusammenfassung Motivation: Low-field MRI is promising for accessible imaging, but variability across systems poses a major challenge. Goals: To assess inter-site consistency in image quality and quantitative metrics using the same phantom. Approach: Identical phantoms were scanned at two sites using similar 46 mT MRI systems. Structural and T1/T2 mapping data were compared for SNR, uniformity, geometric accuracy, and relaxation times. Results: Despite hardware differences and image quality variations, quantitative mapping showed very good agreement. However, site-specific artifacts highlighted the need for system characterization. Phantom-based evaluations can guide harmonization efforts and improve reproducibility in low-field MRI across platforms.
