| Zusammenfassung | Motivation: The clinical translation of fast quantitative MRI is limited by vendor-specific sequences, hindering standardized data acquisition in multi center studies. Goals: To develop and validate a vendor-agnostic 3D MR-STAT pulse sequence for rapid, high-resolution T1, T2, and proton density mapping. Approach: A 3D MR-STAT sequence was implemented in Pulseq and executed on a Siemens 3T scanner for quantitative brain imaging of a healthy volunteer. Results: The Pulseq sequence ran successfully, yielding high-quality, 1mm isotropic T1, T2, and PD maps in 3.5 minutes. Mean gray/white matter values were consistent with established findings, demonstrating the fidelity of this vendor-neutral implementation. |
