Zusammenfassung Cardiac T1 mapping provides diagnostic information about tissue properties. A major challenge is the restricted spatial resolution caused by respiratory and cardiac motion and limited acquisition time. Standard 2D protocols acquire one slice per breath-hold, yielding high in-plane but poor through-plane resolution (6–8 mm). Existing 3D T1 mapping methods also usually do not achieve high isotropic resolution.
