Zusammenfassung Magnetic Resonance Fingerprinting (MRF) can simultaneously acquire multiple quantitative parameter maps e.g. T1/T2 maps . This method is also applicable at ultra-high fields (UHF), despite the presence of inhomogeneous B+1 fields that change the image contrast , by including B+1 variations into the dictionary. The application of MRF as an approach to deal with the especially severe B+1 inhomogeneities in the body at 7T was proposed by Cloos et al. However, during MRF-measurements for T1/ B+1 mapping we encountered difficulties with underestimated T1 values that increased for longer T1 times. In this work, we aim to improve the accuracy of in-vivo MRF-T1 maps at UHF by introducing a pause in the sequence to counter possible saturation effects without affecting the B+1mapping capabilities of the sequence.
