| Zusammenfassung | We report on electrical measurements performed on V-doped (BiSb)2Te3 Hall bar devices in the quantum anomalous Hall effect regime. We find that the quality and performance of the contacts and the reading noise performance impact the transport measurements, as well as that the application of high currents can permanently improve the contact quality. We have implemented an improved device layout with a novel contact design and found the contact resistances in these newly fabricated devices reduced significantly. |
