| Zusammenfassung | A model for the trapping process in thermoluminescent LiF:Mg,Ti was recently developed by the authors in which the TL peak 5 is explained to be bue to the thermal liberation of electrons during a Z2-Z3 center conversion. New optical absorption measurements were performed on several materials after different thermal treatments. It turns out that F centers are involved in TL peak 5 traps. The Z2-Z3-model is further developed. The primary Z center creation is explained as pairing of F centers with isolated Mg ions. |
