| Zusammenfassung | LiF doped with Ti and exposed to ionizing radiation in the MR-range gives an ESR spectrum, which is specific for Ti as doping material. This spectrum cannot be resolved completely by ESR itself; so it is divided into sub-spectra by a computer fit program which allow the discussion of the superhyperfine interaction of the unpaired electron trapped at Ti. Some further ESR signals of the host lattice are discussed. |
