| Zusammenfassung | This paper presents and comments on the PTB contribution to the 9th CCDS meeting in 1980. It first gives a review of the state of the art concerning the development of time standards and the establishment if time scales at the PTB. It then proposes and justifies the basing of the International Atomic Time scale (TAI) essentially on “primary clocks” as developed and operated by the NRC (Canada) and the PTB. The paper finally reports on the standpoint of the CDDS concerning this proposal. Der Beitrag der Physikalisch-technischen Bundesanstalt (PTB) zur neunten Sitzung des CCS im Jahre 1980 wird wiedergegeben und kommentiert. Er beginnt mit einem Überblick über den Stand der Entwicklung von Zeitnormalen und der Herstellung von Zeitskalen an der PTB. Dann wird vorgeschlagen die Internationale Arbeitszeitskala (TAI) wesentlich auf „primäre Uhren“ zu stützen, wie sie vom NRC und der PTB entwickelt wurde und betrieben werden. Anschließend wird über die Haltung des CCDS zu diesem Vorschlag berichtet. |
