| Zusammenfassung | Constant voltage steps in dc current characteristics occur by assuming pull-in phenomena of Josephson oscillators. It is demonstrated that the step amplitude depends on the frequency and the amplitude of the external applied signal. A much more accurate measurement system for e/h determination then those previously published is described. |
