| Zusammenfassung | At the Radiometric Laboratory of PTB at the Berlin Electron Storage Ring BESSY instrumentation was developed allowing the determination of spectral radiant quantities of sources in the wavelength range from 5 to 150 nm to be made using BESSY as a radiometric standard source of calculable spectral radiant power and degree of polarization. The accuracy presently available is demonstrated by a measurement of the spectral concentration of radiant intensity of a laser produced plasma between 7 and 100 nm with an uncertainty of 8%. |
