| Zusammenfassung | Measurements of the thermoluminescence between 4,2 and 200 K and of the conductionproperties of different ZnS-single crystals with thicknesses between 1 mm and 2 μm are performed. It is shown that the trap centers, which cause the optical glow curves, are quite different fromthose centers, which act as traps for carriers being injected from outside in the course of conduction experiments |
