| Zusammenfassung | Differential sampling relative to a Josephson waveform, the AC quantum voltmeter, has been established as the most accurate method for measuring signals below 1 kHz with an uncertainty of 10 nV/V (k=1) for 1 V at 250 Hz. Here we present our progress with differential and sub-sampling techniques to extend the frequency range of our AC quantum voltmeter up to 100 kHz. Preliminary measurement results agree within 8 μV/V with the nominal voltage values for all frequencies. Possible error sources and corrections are discussed. |
