| Zusammenfassung | The aim of this work is to integrate an electrically conductive structure, e.g. a resistive strain gauge sensor was laser structured on a thin film of titanium and gold, titanium being the adhesion layer. Nominal resistances of the strain gauges were measured but not all of them were conductive due to structural defects of the substrates. The presence of pores in the additively manufactured components led to overall poor surface quality. From the results obtained it was evident that the surface topography has a significant influence on the functional reliability of the sensors. |
