| Zusammenfassung | The parameters affecting the capacitance measurement of compressed gas capacitors which are used as a high-voltage standard are investigated. These are the gas pressure, ambient temperature, the voltage and frequency dependence. The relative measurement uncertainty in the capacitance is estimated to be less than 1·10-5. |
