| Zusammenfassung | The 45Sc(p,n)45Ti reaction has been used to calibrate two commercially available, portable neutron dose equivalent meters over the neutron energy range from 1 to 27 keV. These devices always over-respond in this energy range. The measured fluence rate responses and the calculated over-responses for both a spherical and a cylindrical survey meter as a function of neutron energy are given, and compared with the few previously published results. |
