| Zusammenfassung | Die in der Bundesanstalt zur Maß- und Formbestimmung von Zylindern und Kugeln verwendeten Meßverfahren und Geräte werden beschrieben. Die Prinzipien der Konstruktion von Verschiebungskomparatoren, der mechanisch berührenden Antastung und der Führungsfehlerkompensation stehen dabei im Vordergrund, weil sie für die Meßgenauigkeit von besonderer Bedeutung sind. Anhand von ausgewählten Meßbeispielen wird gezeigt, welche Meßunsicherheiten bei den Kalibrierungen und bei der Meßweitergabe in der Fertigungsmeßtechnik erzielbar sind. Methods and devices used in the PTB for measurements of length and form of cylinders and spheres are described. The constitutions of the displacement comparators, the mechanical contacting and the compensation of guide errors are the main concerns, having an essential significance for the accuracy of measurements. It is shown by means of selected measuring examples which uncertainties are possible to realize at the calibrations and for the dissemination of measures in precision engineering. |
