| Zusammenfassung | Similar to inorganic LEDs, a 100 % binning of organic LEDs (OLEDs) because of different chromaticity and total luminous flux values is necessary. To avoid delays during the production process, the necessary measurements of photometrical and colourimetrical properties have to be accomplished within a few seconds. In our paper we will discuss a comparison of the optical properties of large-area OLEDs measured by different high-speed measurements (pulsed operation) and after reaching a steady-state condition in constant current operation mode. We conclude the paper with a recommendation on high-speed measurements based on measurements taken on several commercially available OLEDs from different manufacturers. |
