| Zusammenfassung | A measurement setup and procedure for an accelerated testing of the luminance lifetime of large area organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) is presented. In a comprehensive study using more than 160 OLED panels of two manufacturers, a universal acceleration model has been developed which reveals excellent prediction capabilities. Based on these findings a recommendation for a generic lifetime measurement setup for large area OLED panels has been developed. |
