| Zusammenfassung | A review about the current state of the art in form metrology and standardization is given. Applications of form metrology with specialized form and multi-purpose 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) with and without the application of a rotary table are presented and analysed regarding the achievable data quality and the comparability to form measurement machines (FMM) based data. |
