| Zusammenfassung | The shape and the size of self-organized InAs quantum dots on GaAs substrates are investigated by means of electron microscopy and holography. The dots are found to have the form of pyramids with somewhat rounded tops and edges. Their sizes and heights are in the range of about 30 nm and 10–15 nm, respectively. |
