| Zusammenfassung | Key problems of the development and application of enzyme electrodes are the optimization of protein immobilization and the transfer of the chemical signal to the electrode. Optimal sensitivity for substrate measurement is reached at high enzyme loading with in a thin layer. The reversible electron transfer from the redox enzyme to the electrode offers the generation of an optimal electrochemical signal. |
