Zusammenfassung In order to classify solar simulators, it is necessary to determine, among other things, the spectral irradiance. Array spectroradiometers are often used for this purpose. These instruments have to comply with certain requirements in order to reproduce reliable measurement results. Several array spectroradiometers were therefore examined as to these requirements. Some of the influences of the measuring systems' technical data on the measurement results will be demonstrated. Among these are observations concerning the stability of calibration as well as the linearity and stray light properties of the examined instruments. We will show that the classification of pulsed solar simulators under laboratory conditions can yield significant differences in the results depending on the measuring systems used. We will identify the effects that can have a critical influence on the measurement uncertainty. The outlook of this work is the manageability of array spectroradiometers in practice-oriented applications.
