Zusammenfassung Energy harvesting using microharvesters for e.g. vibrational energy to power sensors, transmitters and other equipment independently and without the need for the costly maintenance of batteries is becoming more and more popular. Up to now there was no traceable measurement method to evaluate the energy delivered by such harvesters. In the described project traceable methods for measuring energy, power and efficiency are being developed.
