| Zusammenfassung | The reliability of the measurements and their economic implications in the manufacturing of large parts are among the main challenges in today's production metrology. This applies especially to high-precision components like large gears used in wind turbine generators, petroleum industry and ship building. In one of our ongoing projects at PTB, a portable, high-precision measurement system based on four tracking interferometers is currently developed. First measurement results of a setup under laboratory conditions are presented in this paper. |
