| Zusammenfassung | At the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) two major development projects joined their capabilities to perform highly accurate calibrations of spectral responsivity of an indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) and a germanium (Ge) photodiode in the infrared wavelength range from 1.6 µm to 1.8 µm. These were, on the one hand, the laser- and monochromator-based cryogenic radiometer facility and, on the other hand, the recenctly completed development of a tuneable continuous-wave (cw) OPO system. |
