| Zusammenfassung | At the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB), the radiometric determination of thermodynamic temperatures is well established with absolutely calibrated silicon photodiode filter radiometers (Si-FRs) in the temperature range from the zinc fixed point (419 °C) up to 3000 °C. To extend the temperature range down to the tin fixed point (232 °C), new indium gallium arsenide photodiode based filter radiometers (InGaAs-FRs) have been developed. Due to the improvement of the spectral responsivity scale in the near infrared (NIR) spectral range by using a newly developed tuneable laser- and monochromator- based cryogenic radiometer facility, the uncertainty of the calibration of the spectral irradiance responsivity of the new InGaAs filter radiometers has been significantly reduced. |
