| Zusammenfassung | A practical high-temperature blackbody has been developed for the temperature range from 800 °C up to 3200 °C. The diameter of the radiating cavity can be as large as 58 mm in diameter. Special power control has been developed for efficient heating and cooling processes. The high-temperature furnace is especially dedicated to the operation of M(C)-C eutectic high-temperature fixed-points and the calibration of imaging cameras systems. In the paper the design of the high-temperature furnace and the used radiation thermometers and first results of its operational characteristics are presented. |
