| Zusammenfassung | The market for solar cells increases rapidly. Due to tbe high business volume of solar cells (4 billion € worldwide in 2005) exact efficiency measurements let the PV companies save a lot of money. Methods for the primary calibration of reference solar cells will be shown as well as the way how the international equivalence is ensured by the World Photovoltaic Scale (WPVS). In addition it will be shown, that due to the change of an import international standard (lEC 60904-3:2008) the efficiency of solar cells increases about 0.6%. |
