| Zusammenfassung | This paper describes the characterization of a high resolution sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter using a Josephson waveform synthesizer (JWS). The methods and measurement procedures described here allow determining/measuring the linearity and gain of these converters when sampling alternating signals with accuracies at the μV/V level. The results support using these kinds of converters in high accuracy sampling systems, i.e. sampling voltmeters, power system, to measure alternating signals parameters. |
