| Zusammenfassung | Modern uncertainty evaluation is based on both, the knowledge about the measuring process and the quantities which influence the measurement result. The knowlegde about the measuring process is represented by a model which expresses the mathematical interrelation between the measurand and the input quantities. A practical and versatile modelling concept has been developed that is based on the idea of the classical measuring chain. From this concept, a systematic procedure for modelling has been derived which is structured into five fundamental steps and requires only three types of standard modelling components. |
