| Zusammenfassung | The accuracy of voltage waveforms generated using programmable Josephson junction arrays is limited by the time taken to switch between quantized levels. Relevant parameters are timeconstants within the array chip, characteristics of the connecting cables and the bandwidth of the bias electronics. Measurements of a 1280 junction segment of a SINIS array have been made using a pulse generator with a 50 ps risetime. |
