| Zusammenfassung | Comparisons between synthesized ac waveforms using a binary SINIS (superconductor-insulator-normal metal-insulator-superconductor) Josephson junction array and their effective dc value have been carried out employing a 230 Ω planar multi-junction thermal converter (PMJTC). These ac-dc transfer measurements between the sine wave and the dc voltage, both generated by the Josephson ac waveform synthesizer, show that the rms value of the synthesized wave has an accuracy in the ppm range for frequencies up to 500 Hz. |
