| Zusammenfassung | A novel flow meter, for which a patent has been applied, will be presented at the symposium. By means of force measuring techniques, the mass flow rate can be determined. In the present contribution, the functional principle, first results having been achieved with a prototype as well as proposals for improvements are demonstrated. |
