| Zusammenfassung | Substantial improvements of ac-dc transfer standards for voltage and current with new planar multijunction thermal converters (PJMTC) on quartz substrate for frequencies from 100 kHz up to 1 MHz have been achieved in PTB. The uncertainties have been decreased by approximately a factor of 10 compared to the uncertainties used up to now with the 3-dimensional MJTCs developed 20 years ago. |
