| Zusammenfassung | Precise comparator of inductance standards implemented in PTB (Germany) for accurate measurements and calibrations of inductance standards for industry there is described in the paper. The comparator measures the inductance difference at the frequency 1 kHz and 1.6 kHz, and at very small measuring current (3 mA). Though the instrument can compare inductance standards at 1:1 nominal value ratio, the precise comparison of some standards at 1:10 ratio can be also realized by the procedure of the transfer, described in the paper. Representative measuring results as well as uncertainty budgets of the comparator there are given. |
