| Zusammenfassung | The effective magnetic anisotropy of different magnetic nanoparticles (MNO) was estimated by magnetorelaxometry and coercitive field measurements. For cobalt-ferrite MNP the anisotropy constant corresponds to the bulk value of the dominant crystalline anisotropy. The effective anisotropy of magnetite-MNP seems to be determined essentially by shape anisotropy. The temperature dependence of remanent magnetisation reveals that magnetic structure of magnetosomes with particle sizes ≤40nm undergo a transition, in contrast to observations of Goya et al. on other magnetite particles with similar size. |
