| Zusammenfassung | On January 21, 2005, a workshop on methods for new determinations of the Boltzmann constant k was held at PTB. It gave an overview of the state-of-the-art of thermodynamic temperature measurements at temperatures near the triple point of water TTPW. In this document, primarily the progress compared to the status described in [1] and some other new developments are discussed. The currently available CODATA recommendation of the value k = 1.3806503(24)×10-23 J/K based on acoustic gas thermometry at NIST, is already documented in [2] and is, therefore, not repeated here. |
