| Zusammenfassung | A newly developed working standard is presented. This standard combines precise convex and concave geometry elements and embodies a lot of radii, angles, lateral and vertical distances, To provide traceability for inteded calibrations of this standard using contour measuring instruments, a transfer standard was developed as well. The influence of morphological filtering for contact probing of the working standard with different probe radii is investigated and correction values are given. |
