| Zusammenfassung | Repeated measurements of a test object and a reference standard, are usually designed as a number of measurement cycles. Each cycle consists of at least one measurement of the test object and one of the reference standard. The pattern of the cycles may change from one to the next with a certain periodicity. Also, cycles may have some common data with the previous ones, a case where cycles are correlated one with another ones. The choice of the cycle pattern and correlations between the cycles have concequences for the uncertainty of a measurement result and thus for the efficiency of the procedure, but also for possible offsets of the result due to drifts. Here, the uncertainty and the efficiency of correlated and uncorrelated measurement cycles, that have periodically differing patterns are presented in general and are demonstrated in two examples. |
