Zusammenfassung We report on a spatio-temporal multiple dipole localisation (ST-MDL) method specifically adapted for magnetoneurography (MNG). The procedure localises a single nerve path and estimates T current distributions along this path, one distribution for each sample point. This iterative approach provides very reliable results with accurate localisation of the path and estimation of the current distributions for simulated data and stable solutions for measured data, where the progagation of the biphasic pattern has been clearly identified.
