| Zusammenfassung | The concept of a new calibration device for impulse force calibration is described. A mass impact module has been designed for the generation of forces of up to 20 kN via mass impact, with pulse durations of less than 1 ms depending on the stiffness and mass of the force transducer under calibration. The intention of the facility is to provide traceability for force measurement systems at high dynamics. To determine the dynamic force the mass and acceleration distribution of the acting mass impact is taken into account by analytical and finite element models and velocity measurements via laser interferometry. |
