| Zusammenfassung | We developed compact low cost frequency stabilised diode lasers with an output power of > 20 mW emitting at 780 nm. Extended cavity set-ups in Littrow-configuration are used to increase the short-time stability of the laser diodes and frequency stabilisation to Doppler-reduced saturated Rb-transitions improve the long-time stability. A modulation-free stabilisation scheme is realised using polarisation-optical differential detection of the saturated Rb-absorption lines. This system achieves a relative frequency uncertainty of. As a reference system a second system was set up using a frequency modulation of the laser emission and the standard 3f-detection for the frequency stabilisation to saturated Rb-lines. |
