| Zusammenfassung | To support research and evaluation in metrology, we present a relational data model for the integration of measurement records and further descriptive data and as an example show its implementation as a database system for ECGs and MCGs and all other relevant patient data. The electrocardiographic records form a reference database to which reference can be made for type approval, education and for tests of signal processing software. Database design principles and special consideration of ongoing research procedures and evaluations have led to a generalized, flexible and open-ended data model appropriate for different applications. |
