| Zusammenfassung | Results of the European Network “MID-Software”, in which a framework and sets of particular software requirements have been developed are presented. The requirements are harmonised among the participating European partners from Notified Bodies and industry. Although they are based on the European “Measuring Instruments Directive” (MID) and related to applications in legal metrology, there are principles and even particular requirements transferable to non-legal environments. This contribution reports on the short course held adjacent to the Conference “Advanced Mathematical and Computational Tools in Metrology VI” in Turin in September 2003. It outlines the approach for the development of requirements. |
