| Zusammenfassung | If A/D converters are used for measured quantities variable in time, knowledge of the dynamic behaviour of these converters is an absolute prerequisite for error estimation. A measuring system for the determination of dynamic characteristics of high-resolution A/D converters hase therefore been set up at the PTB (Germany`s national institute of physics and metrology). This paper describes the concept and the stage of realisation of this measuring system, main emphasis being laid on the generation of a spectrally pure sinusodial signal and the evaluation of measured data. |
