| Zusammenfassung | Realisation, approximation and dissemination of the two International Temperature Scales PLTS-2000 (0.001 K to 1K) and ITS-90 (0.65 K to 273.16 K) in the cryogenic range are described. Realisation and approximation are based on eleven defining fixed points and five kinds of standard thermometers, including a dielectric-constant gas thermometer. The uncertainty of the dissemination has been verified by international intercomparisons using thermometers and fixed-point cells, respectively. |
