| Zusammenfassung | The modelling of measurements is a key element of the evaluation of the measurement uncertainty according to the Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM). It is the aim of modelling to establish - in mathematical terms - the relationship between the measurand and all input quantities which may contribute to the uncertainty associated with the measurement result. This relationship serves as a basis for the calculation of the uncertainty propagation as well as for computer-aided uncertainty determination.
